About Ibrahim
Ibrahim spent his youth playing National League basketball in England. When he gave up competitive sport, the weight crept on and stayed on. Two injuries. A gallbladder removal. And in 2025, a doctor telling him he had inflammation in his intestines and a fatty liver. That was enough.
He threw himself into research, built a programme to eliminate unwanted fat and build lean muscle at the same time, and then did it himself first. The results speak for themselves.
